Nirvik Sangha was established in 1964 by a group of young men with a vision to promote cultural, social, and sports activities in their community.

The Club was officially registered in the same year with Registration No S/33798, and has since become a prominent community organization in Kolkata, with its address at H/j-8, Sachindra Lal Sarani, Baguiati, Kolkata – 700159.

For over five decades, Nirvik Sangha has been organizing festivals such as Durga Puja, Kali Puja, and others, in addition to hosting various sporting events.

The Club has also been running a successful football coaching centre for over 40 years, which has produced several footballers who have played for the Indian football in various league and Indian national team. We also organise Sit and Draw competition and Annual Sports for children which has become some of the most popular events in the community.

We are committed to serving the community through various social activities and voluntary services. This includes distributing aid as relief to victims of natural disasters and calamities in rural areas, such as Sundarban. During the pandemic, we held a Vaccination Camp with a 24×7 help line for the supply of medicine and essential commodities to those affected by the coronavirus.
